She then relocated back to Cleveland to work for the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority. During her tenure, she participated in the company’s first Management Development Program, a 2 year rotational program in the Operations, Budget, HR, Marketing, and Engineering department. In 2012, Lauren joined ERICO International Corporation as the HR Manager for the Solon, OH campus, where she served as the HR Business Partner to 650 manufacturing associates. In 2015, Pentair acquired ERICO and Lauren transferred to the commercial division, supporting 1,000 team members globally. She joined Donley’s, Inc. in March 2018.
